Students who intend to leave the school after completing their current academic year must apply for their Transfer Certificate by 15 January, in the prescribed proforma given in the Diary or Application Form PDF. In such cases, TC will be issued only after the result declaration day.

Transfer certificates for India may be countersigned by the Indian Embassy.

For withdrawal at any other time during the academic year, the application for the same should be submitted to the Principal in the prescribed form at least five working days prior to leaving.

Transfer Certificate will be issued only if all dues of the school fees have been paid in full and any borrowed school property, library books, etc. are returned to the concerned sections
